Im Übrigen bin ich grundsätzlich der Überzeugung, dass
das Militär eine Schutzfunktion für die Bevölkerung des
eigenen Landes darstellen sollte, jeglicher bewaffnete Einsatz im
Inland aber dringend vermieden werden sollte. Eine auch
diesbezügliche "Gewaltenteilung" mit der Folge, Ordnungsaufgaben
mit Bewaffnung im Inneren ausschliesslich der Polizei zuzuschreiben ist
dann die Konsequenz.
Nothilfen im Inneren des Landes sind hierbei weitest möglich, d.h.
wenn irgend möglich völlig, auszuschliessen, um eine
friedliche Gesellschaft auf der Basis hoher Akzeptanz und Freiheit des
Individuums - aber auch Anpassungs- und Veränderungspotential des
Staates - erfolgreich anzustreben.
Dieses gilt selbstverständlich für jeden Staat und ist nicht
nur hinsichtlich des Ihren diskussionswürdig - insbesondere hat es
sich auch ausserordendlich bewährt.
